These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SHOPNSIGN platform and related services (the “Service”) provided by ShopNSign LLC (“SHOPNSIGN,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
SHOPNSIGN provides software for repair shops to create work orders, send estimates, collect electronic signatures, accept payments, and notify customers about the status of a repair, including by email and text message.
2. Accounts
Repair shops are responsible for the accuracy of the information they enter, for keeping login credentials confidential, and for all activity under their account. You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with these Terms.
3. Electronic Signatures
The Service supports electronic signatures under the U.S. ESIGN Act. By signing electronically, you agree that your electronic signature is the legal equivalent of your handwritten signature and that you consent to conduct the transaction electronically.
4. Text Messaging (SMS) Program Terms
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from a repair shop using SHOPNSIGN related to your service, such as estimate-approval links and repair-status updates.

- Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Reply HELP for help, or email joselio@shopnsign.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
5. Payments
Payments processed through the Service are handled by Stripe and are subject to Stripe’s terms. SHOPNSIGN does not store full card numbers. Fees and charges shown by a repair shop are set by that shop.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access it without authorization, interfering with its operation, uploading unlawful content, or using it to send unsolicited messages in violation of applicable law.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by ShopNSign LLC and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service as permitted.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SHOPNSIGN will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be subject to the courts located in California.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Estos Términos y Condiciones (“Términos”) rigen su acceso y uso de la plataforma SHOPNSIGN y los servicios relacionados (el “Servicio”) proporcionados por ShopNSign LLC (“SHOPNSIGN”, “nosotros” o “nuestro”). 1. El Servicio
SHOPNSIGN ofrece software para que los talleres de reparación creen órdenes de trabajo, envíen presupuestos, recolecten firmas electrónicas, acepten pagos y notifiquen a los clientes sobre el estado de una reparación, incluso por correo electrónico y mensaje de texto.
2. Cuentas
Los talleres son responsables de la exactitud de la información que ingresan, de mantener confidenciales sus credenciales de acceso y de toda la actividad en su cuenta. Usted acepta usar el Servicio únicamente para fines comerciales legales y conforme a estos Términos.
3. Firmas Electrónicas
El Servicio admite firmas electrónicas bajo la Ley ESIGN de los EE. UU. Al firmar electrónicamente, usted acepta que su firma electrónica es el equivalente legal de su firma manuscrita y que consiente realizar la transacción de forma electrónica.
4. Términos del Programa de Mensajes de Texto (SMS)
Al proporcionar su número de teléfono móvil y dar su consentimiento (opt-in), usted acepta recibir mensajes de texto de un taller que usa SHOPNSIGN relacionados con su servicio, como enlaces para aprobar presupuestos y avisos del estado de la reparación.

5. Pagos
Los pagos procesados a través del Servicio son manejados por Stripe y están sujetos a los términos de Stripe. SHOPNSIGN no almacena números de tarjeta completos. Las tarifas y cargos mostrados por un taller son establecidos por ese taller.
6. Uso Aceptable
Usted acepta no hacer mal uso del Servicio, incluyendo intentar acceder a él sin autorización, interferir con su operación, subir contenido ilegal o usarlo para enviar mensajes no solicitados en violación de la ley aplicable.
7. Propiedad Intelectual
El Servicio, incluyendo su software, diseño y marcas, es propiedad de ShopNSign LLC y sus licenciantes. Estos Términos no le otorgan ningún derecho sobre nuestra propiedad intelectual, salvo el derecho limitado de usar el Servicio según lo permitido.
8. Renuncias de Garantía
El Servicio se proporciona “tal cual” y “según disponibilidad”, sin garantías de ningún tipo, expresas o implícitas, en la máxima medida permitida por la ley. No garantizamos que el Servicio sea ininterrumpido o libre de errores.
9. Limitación de Responsabilidad
En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, SHOPNSIGN no será responsable de daños indirectos, incidentales, especiales, consecuentes o punitivos, ni de pérdida de ganancias o datos, que surjan de o se relacionen con su uso del Servicio.
10. Ley Aplicable
Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes del Estado de California, sin considerar sus normas de conflicto de leyes. Cualquier disputa estará sujeta a los tribunales ubicados en California.
11. Cambios
Podemos actualizar estos Términos de vez en cuando. El uso continuo del Servicio después de que los cambios entren en vigor significa que usted acepta los Términos actualizados.
