1Your Consent to Electronic RecordsSu Consentimiento a Registros Electrónicos

By checking the consent box on the signing page and submitting your signature, you affirmatively consent to: (a) receive and sign records related to your work order electronically rather than on paper; (b) be legally bound by your electronic signature as if it were a handwritten signature; and (c) the use of electronic records as the primary record of your transaction with the auto repair shop ("the Shop").

2Right to Receive Paper RecordsDerecho a Recibir Registros en Papel

You have the right to request a paper copy of any work order or related record at no charge. To request a paper copy, contact the Shop directly using the phone number or address printed on your work order. SHOPNSIGN also provides a downloadable PDF of every signed work order on the confirmation screen, which you can print at any time.

Usted tiene derecho a solicitar una copia en papel de cualquier orden de trabajo o registro relacionado sin costo alguno. Para solicitar una copia en papel, comuníquese directamente con el Taller usando el número de teléfono o la dirección impresa en su orden de trabajo. 3Right to Withdraw ConsentDerecho a Retirar el Consentimiento

You may withdraw your consent to do business electronically at any time before signing by closing the signing page and contacting the Shop to request a paper-based process instead. Withdrawing consent does not affect the legal validity of records you have already signed electronically. If you withdraw consent after signing, the Shop may need additional time to process your request, and electronic delivery of future records to you may be discontinued.

Usted puede retirar su consentimiento para hacer negocios electrónicamente en cualquier momento antes de firmar, cerrando la página de firma y contactando al Taller para solicitar un proceso basado en papel. To access, sign, and retain electronic records through SHOPNSIGN, you need:

• A device with internet access (smartphone, tablet, or computer)
• A current web browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge — last two major versions)
• The ability to display HTML pages and download PDF files
• A touchscreen or mouse to draw your signature
• Sufficient storage space to retain a copy of signed documents
• An email address (if you wish to receive a signed copy by email)

If at any time these requirements change in a way that materially affects your ability to access electronic records, SHOPNSIGN will notify you and reaffirm your consent.

5How to Update Your Contact InformationCómo Actualizar Su Información de Contacto

The Shop sends signing links to the email address or phone number they have on file for you. To update your contact information, notify the Shop directly. SHOPNSIGN does not maintain a customer-facing account system; your contact details are managed by each Shop that serves you.

6What We Record When You SignLo Que Registramos Cuando Firma

When you sign a work order electronically, SHOPNSIGN captures and stores the following audit information to prove the validity of your signature:

• The graphical image of your handwritten signature
• The exact date and time of signing (UTC timestamp)

• The work order number and content shown to you at the time of signing

• A confirmation that you actively checked the consent box

7Record RetentionRetención de Registros

SHOPNSIGN retains signed work orders and associated audit records for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of signing. After this period, records may be archived or deleted at the discretion of the Shop and SHOPNSIGN. You are encouraged to download and retain your own copy of each signed work order for your records.

SHOPNSIGN retiene las órdenes de trabajo firmadas y los registros de auditoría asociados durante un mínimo de cinco (5) años a partir de la fecha de firma. Después de este período, los registros pueden ser archivados o eliminados a discreción del Taller y de SHOPNSIGN. Se le anima a descargar y retener su propia copia de cada orden de trabajo firmada para sus registros.

8Legal EffectEfecto Legal

Under the federal ESIGN Act (15 U.S.C. § 7001 et seq.) and applicable state UETA statutes, electronic signatures and electronic records have the same legal force and effect as handwritten signatures and paper records. By electronically signing a work order through SHOPNSIGN, you agree that your electronic signature is the legal equivalent of your manual signature on the work order.

Bajo la Ley federal ESIGN (15 U.S.C. § 7001 y siguientes) y los estatutos estatales UETA aplicables, las firmas electrónicas y los registros electrónicos tienen la misma fuerza y efecto legal que las firmas manuscritas y los registros en papel. Al firmar electrónicamente una orden de trabajo a través de SHOPNSIGN, usted acepta que su firma electrónica es el equivalente legal de su firma manual en la orden de trabajo.
